Requesting organizations or individuals just need to fill out a Technical Assistance Request  (TAR) form to start this process.

Upon receipt of the TAR form, CMSC will contact you and arrange a time for an initial consultation.

If necessary, further consultations will be scheduled in order to create a Statement Of Work (SOW) that both parties can agree to.
